The, Astra apartments are situated in a beautiful wooded area near Porec (5 km), in the Zelena Laguna (Green Lagoon) tourist centre. Its 140 apartments are intended to be used by four persons each and can be found in one storey bouses. A supermarket, pizzeria and grill-terrace are in the neighbourhood, as well as a seafood restaurant also specializing in national dishes, a steakhouse, coffee house, tearoom, pub... Sport facilities are at your disposal, including 18 tennis courts, football, handball and basketball fields. Volleyball is played on the beach. Bicycles, rowboats and sailboats can be hired, and there are tennis tournements on the weekends. A variety of entertainment is provided on the dancing terraces of nearby hotels, the Casino and the International Club entertainment centre. The beach is rocky and partly covered with stone or grass-grown terraces, which is ideal for sun-bathing. There are also sandy areas for children. The beach is at a distance of about 50 to 200 metres from the apartments.

Rooms for renting Iris has 108 nicely designed, mainly twin-bedded rooms with shower and WC. The breakfast room and aperitif bar are situated on the ground floor. The type A apartments may accommodate 3 persons and the type B apartments may accommodate 4 persons. The 6-bedded type D apartments are two floor apartments. In all apartments a children's bed or an extra bed may be added. The Solaris Naturist Resort is situated on the Lanterna peninsula, 13 km from Porec. The pavilions are located on a sunny slope amongst hees and flowers, only 50-100 m from a lovely and clean beach. All rooms are twin-bedded with shower, WC, balcony and sea view. The restaurant for Solaris Pavilion residents use is in the vicinity. The Solaris Apartments may accommodate 2-4 persons. Housed in white, one-floor Mediterranean Style Buildings which together with the similiar pavilion buildings, are located in a lovely tree covered area, just 50-100 m from the beach. Near by is a well supplied mini-supermarket, grill restaurant, newspaper & souvenier shop, covered car parking area and sports center with tennis courts. A large entertainment center is setted in the nearby Lanterna resort.

In the tourist resort Brulo just 15 minutes walk-away distance from Porec centre, lies the Diamant Hotel and Diamant Apaxtment Resort. The hotel is centrally heated. Every room out of the total of 274, has a bath, wc, balcony, phone and SAT-TV some rooms also have sea view.
